Adjunct pool members may be contacted to teach introductory, general education, or selected major courses depending on departmental needs and individual qualifications. Adjunct Faculty contribute to AIU’s mission by teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring students in a collaborative and innovative learning environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Adjunct faculty members will be responsible for teaching courses in their respective disciplines, assisting with course development, and contributing to the academic growth of AIU’s students. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted when opportunities that match their qualifications and expertise become available.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br>• Master’s or PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a closely related field required.<br>• Proficient communication skills in English.<br>• University teaching experience in the subject matter.</p>\n<p>• Industry experience in teaching field.</p>\n<p>• Commitment to excellence in teaching.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br>• Teach up to 2 courses (6 credit hours) which may include General Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, and specialized Biotechnology topics.<br>• Provide mentorship and academic advising to students.</p>\n<p>• Collaborate with faculty in curriculum development.</p>\n<p>• Actively contribute to the intellectual and cultural growth of AIU’s academic community.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About American International University</span><br>American International University (AIU) is a private institution in Kuwait, founded in 2019, offering undergraduate programs based on the American higher education model.
