The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process; greeting and fulfilling club member needs as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provides member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Creates and maintains a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Branch Location: </strong><strong>Calgary Airport - 2000 AIRPORT RD NE CALGARY, AB T2E 6W5</strong></p> \n<p><strong>This is a temporary full time position with a 4 month contract that pays $17.25 / hour.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contract Start Date: June 11, 2026</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contract End Date: October 9, 2026</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Wednesday-Sunday: 3:30pm-11:00pm</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with drivers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable.</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management.</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly.</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business.</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request.</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid <strong>Alberta</strong> <strong>Class 5</strong> driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI).</li>\n <li>Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li><p>Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.</p></li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work one of the following schedules: </strong><strong>Wednesday-Sunday: 3:30pm-11:00pm</strong></li>\n <li>Must be able to work Full Time from June 2026 to October 2026.</li>\n</ul>",
