    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Graphic Designer at the Whitewater Center (Whitewater) leads the creation and design of all print, social and digital marketing deliverables for the communication of the Whitewater brand across a variety of marketing channels. The Graphic Designer is an on-site, full-time, benefits eligible position and reports to the Marketing Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>*Please include a cover letter with your application.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assure that all marketing content is consistent with the Whitewater brand.</li><li>Develop and implement creative design strategies that align with the brand and overall marketing objectives and target audience.</li><li>Expert using Adobe Creative Suite, which includes, but is not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Lightroom. &nbsp;</li><li>Manage and provide creative direction to internal and external creative teams, including photographers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.</li><li>Design and produce various marketing assets, such as digital advertisements, print materials, website content, posters, social media graphics, and more.</li><li>Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all marketing creative elements.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Manager to lead creative concepts, designs, and copy to ensure they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the effectiveness and innovation of marketing creative.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, target audience, and messaging goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of the outdoor industry and Whitewater experiences to ensure marketing efforts align with the outdoor lifestyle and Whitewater brand.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media or related discipline.</li><li>4+ years relevant design experience.</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving results.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey marketing messages.</li><li>Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during Whitewater events as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space.</li><li>Must be able to work in shared spaces with other employees and customers.</li><li>All positions at Whitewater require employees to report and work onsite at Whitewater locations.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Access to the Whitewater Center&rsquo;s pass activities</li><li>Staff discount program and pro deals</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA</li><li>401(k)</li></ul><p><strong>Overview of Department</strong></p><p>Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources professionals work together to advance Whitewater&rsquo;s mission, cultural goals, and brand communication.
