We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Beyond competitive compensation and benefits, we foster a culture of innovation, leadership, and integrity, making Energise not just a place to work, but a place to grow your career and be part of something bigger.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out Smart Meter installations and exchanges at domestic properties.</li>\n<li>Providing energy efficiency advice to customers, explaining how SMART meters and IHD solutions work, and highlighting their benefits.</li>\n<li>Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company values.</li>\n<li>Managing van stock levels and/or utilising ‘By Box’ facilities efficiently.</li>\n<li>Ensuring all work records and compliance documents are correctly completed and submitted daily.</li>\n<li>Collaborating with the Smart Meter Operations Manager to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.</li>\n<li>Working in a field-based role, traveling within the London area.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Energise Energy’s commercial targets, vision, and values. You should be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confident with customers, understanding what great service looks like.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.</li>\n<li>Safety-conscious and detail-oriented, ensuring all installations meet compliance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s in It for You?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Package 1</span>: £37,500-£42,500 (depending on area and skill set) and a monthly compliance/completion/customer satisfaction monthly bonus up to a £300 or</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Package 2</span>: Basic £33,500 and London £35,000 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Plus</span> install bonus paid from first install! (more information available on request) and a monthly compliance bonus up to £100.<br></li>\n<li>30 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays) + additional days for each year of service (up to 33 days).</li>\n<li>Company pension scheme.</li>\n<li>Fully equipped company vehicle, uniform, phone, tools, and training provided.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a Smart Meter/ Dual Fuel Engineer role (2 Years)</li>\n<li>Hold a current CCN1/CMA1/CMA3/MET1 qualification.</li>\n<li>Have current MOCOPA accreditation or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Hold a valid EUSR card.</li>\n<li>Hold a full, valid and up to date UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.</li>\n<li>Possess good IT skills - work will be delivered via a handheld terminal (HHT)</li>\n<li>Be willing to complete the necessary training to become compliant with our standards, policies &amp; procedures.</li>\n<li>Standby and out of hours cover as part of a rota.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a passionate, confident and hard-working individual, Energise Energy would love to hear from you!</p>",
