Join us to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">grow </span>your career through global opportunities, diverse projects, and continuous learning. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Belong </span>to a supportive environment where your unique perspective is valued, and success comes from teamwork. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Impact </span>with your bold ideas and help drive us forward.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Payroll Process</li>\n<li>Overseeing the administration of the social security fund and social welfare</li>\n<li>Calculate Personal Income Tax &amp; prepare Social Security Fund</li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up with relevant persons/functions to ensure that payroll data are accurate and on time such as new hire, resignation, transfer, salary adjustment, etc.</li>\n<li>Prepare monthly / annually payroll report and forecasts within time frame</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thai Nationality<br></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRM or related field</li>\n<li>Have 1-3 years of prior experience in payroll management / compensation and benefits (HRMS operating)</li>\n<li>Have basic knowledge in personal income tax and labor laws</li>\n<li>Strong numeric abilities with high accuracy and timeliness</li>\n<li>Expert in MS office especially MS Excel and Word</li>\n<li>Able to work under considerable pressure and to strict deadlines</li>\n<li>Having knowledge of human resource policies and procedures in manufacturing environment is an advantage</li>\n<li>Good command of English</li>\n<li>Service minded and good interpersonal relations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>                                                                            <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">#GrowBelongImpact</span></span></p>",
