But if you’re looking for a studio that values commitment, growth, and the impact you make on dancers’ lives, we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position requires availability during the following hours: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule. We thrive on growth, flexibility, and a team-first mentality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>✅ Reliable &amp; Professional Team Players</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Punctual, organized, and able to take ownership of their classes and responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Strong classroom management skills—capable of leading groups of 1 to 15 dancers with confidence.</li>\n<li>Dedicated to upholding studio standards and policies, including dress code and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Excited to work as part of a team and contribute to the studio’s culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>✅ Growth-Oriented Mentors</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about guiding students, tracking progress, and setting goals for their development.</li>\n<li>Excited about opportunities to grow within the studio, take on leadership roles, and invest in their career as an educator.</li>\n<li>Interested in participating in performances, evaluations, and studio events that support the success of our dancers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What You’ll Be Doing: Dance Instruction &amp; Classroom Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and lead engaging, structured, and progressive dance lessons.</li>\n<li>Maintain control, organization, and a positive atmosphere in the classroom.</li>\n<li>Guide dancers through proper technique, performance quality, and personal growth.</li>\n<li>Take attendance consistently and ensure students are on track in their progress.</li>\n<li>Encourage, support, and challenge dancers of all levels to reach their full potential.</li>\n<li>Provide clear and effective feedback to students in a way that builds confidence and skill.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Student &amp; Family Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a strong, positive connection with dancers and their families.</li>\n<li>Verbally communicate important studio updates, events, and announcements to students and parents.</li>\n<li>Assist with student evaluations, performance preparation, and seasonal studio activities.</li>\n<li>Welcome trial students and ensure they have a smooth and exciting introduction to our studio.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Studio Involvement &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with other educators and staff to create a cohesive team environment.</li>\n<li>Assist with recital preparation, choreography, and student placement when needed.</li>\n<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.</li>\n<li>Participate in studio marketing materials, including social media and occasional content creation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Compensation &amp; Growth Opportunities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Pay: $20/hour<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Estimated Hours/Classes Per Week</span>: 8-30 hours</li>\n<li>💡 Performance-Based Bonuses – Compensation can increase weekly based on student enrollment and retention.
