Join us and help shape the future!</p>\n<p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize relationships with clients to achieve WSP's business development goals</li>\n <li>Develop working relationships with clients and consultant partners</li>\n <li>Build a local team to support client needs</li>\n <li>Lead tasks &amp; design teams in the execution of projects</li>\n <li>Provide technical expertise in various stages of project, including preliminary design, final design, and contract documentation including cost estimates and specifications</li>\n <li>Discuss and propose solutions to technical issues during design</li>\n <li>Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Collaborate with key staff across disciplines (i.e. drainage, structures) as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Who You Are</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field.</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in the Transportation engineering field&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possess strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer’s License in Wisconsin is desired.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience in AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to implement WSP's Quality Control Procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing small to complex-size projects.</li>\n <li>Leadership experience working with WisDOT, and other local agencies</li>\n <li>Business development experience</li>\n <li>Experience in leading and mentoring a team</li>\n <li>The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.</li>\n <li>Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-SM1</p>",
