          "text": "<p>REF: 001</p><p>ADGA is recruiting a <strong>Senior Antenna Structure Specialist</strong> to join our team who is supporting a <strong>Strategic Radio Capability</strong> project with the military.&#xa0;</p><p>You will join&#xa0;during the Option Analysis and Definition phases as well as other related radio frequency communications systems activities on an as and when required basis.</p><p>Tasks will include but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on antenna structure system and sub-system interface documentation.</li><li>Review and evaluate antenna structure engineering details, including plans, specifications, and related data, to assess their adequacy and suitability.</li><li>Recommend system level solutions for discrepancies, deficiencies and changes to equipment and specifications related to antenna structure.</li><li>Liaise with DND and stakeholder sub-system engineering groups to ensure system integrity, performance, reliability, and maintainability.</li><li>Provide antenna system integration, analysis and evaluation services.</li><li>Create planning and procurement support documentation, such as technical data specifications, plans and drawings, standards, and SOWs for miscellaneous interface and facility ancillary items.</li><li>Review, analyze, and provide recommendations relating to antenna system components and associated documentation.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in antenna structure design, technical, and management reviews to monitor, advise, and report on progress and potential problems.</li><li>Conduct antenna system integration testing and evaluation.</li><li>Manage antenna system test and evaluation plans and present the results to project staff and stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze antenna system deficiencies and recommends cost effective solutions.</li><li>Examine documentation produced by system contractors supporting DGIMPD projects and update them based on antenna structure requirements.</li><li>Develop antenna system test plans for prototypes and full system tests.</li><li>Conduct engineering and technical definition studies and options analysis of antenna structure systems.</li><li>Design and test prototype electronics assemblies, including the integration and customization of available IT hardware and software packages.</li><li>Perform antenna towers engineering.</li><li>Perform Radio Communications (VLF/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Ka/Ku/X) engineering.</li><li>Perform microwave systems engineering.</li><li>Other duties as needed.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>10 years+ of experience within the last 20 years as an Antenna Structure Specialist/Engineer.</li><li>Must have one of the following:<ul><li>A diploma from a recognized College in Information Technology or Information Management (IM/IT) field&#xa0;</li><li>Licensed as a Professional Engineer by any Professional Engineering self-regulatory bodies within the provinces of Canada.</li><li>An Engineering or Science degree from a recognized Canadian University or</li><li>A non-Canadian Engineering or Science degree that must be accredited by one of the following institutions:<ul><li>Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC)</li><li>World Education Services (WES) or</li><li>University of Toronto Comparative Education Services</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Able to demonstrate 5+ years of experience within he last 10 years in writing Project Technical Documentation (e.g. Statement of Work, Statement of Requirements, technical specifications) for IM/IT projects valued $5 million or more.</li><li>Able to demonstrate 5+ years of experience within the last 10 years in delivering projects with \"satellite antenna infrastructure components\" demonstrated by performing at least 2 of the following to antenna structures and their foundations:<ul><li>Analysis</li><li>Design</li><li>Implementation</li></ul></li></ul>",
