We’re looking for energetic, compassionate individuals who love engaging with others and making a difference.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>A great opportunity for CNA, HHA, and PCA professionals looking to grow their careers within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).</em></strong></p>\n<h3>What We Offer:</h3>\n<p>-401(k) with Employer Match-Health Insurance & PTO Available-Employee Referral Program-Supportive Team Environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> Bring energy, creativity, and compassion to a role that truly matters.</p>\n<h3>Apply Today!</h3>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Activity Leader:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists the Director Activities in planning and carrying out the activity program.</li>\n <li>Approaches residents on assigned unit to plan individual recreational and social activities; reports to Director Activities about response and cooperation of resident.</li>\n <li>Prepares resident information for use by the Director Activities in care planning and documentation; writes progress notes as assigned.</li>\n <li>Assists in developing and maintaining good contact with community resources for the betterment of the activities program.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining departmental inventory of equipment and supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintains attendance records and prepares other reports as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Activity Leader:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Minimum 18 yrs. age required, HS diploma or equivalent required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Valid New York Driver’s License and clean driving record required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to develop good relationships with staff, volunteers, families and visitors required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to inspire and motivate others, create a warm and accepting climate for residents and be able to adapt and modify activities to meet their needs required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of the rights and needs of residents required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Physical stamina for constant activity required.</p></li>\n <li><p>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
