Utilizes mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems, utilities, buildings and grounds.</li><li>Remains current with latest and emerging industry regulations and codes relative to systems design and operation.</li><li>Ensures corporate policies and standards are followed in the execution of daily activities.</li><li>Lead and analyze preventive maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs to minimize down time.</li><li>Maintain documentation and identify cost saving ideas.</li><li>Conduct layered audits, including safety and GMP</li><li>Create and update area Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and LO/TO/TO</li><li>Collaborate effectively with various ADM locations within the organization, including Commercial, Artco, ADM Terminal Services and the neighboring Corn Processing site.</li></ul><br><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>High School Diploma/GED with years of on the job training</li><li>2-3 years of experience developing a team, preferably in a grain handling or bulk commodity setting</li><li>Experience leading or supporting maintenance/electrical operations in an industrial, ag, or manufacturing environment</li><li>Troubleshooting/problem solving experience</li><li>Strong people skills</li><li>Job Hazard Analysis and safety compliance</li><li>Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, email, etc.)</li><li>Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills</li><li>Report writing</li><li>Ability to train others</li></ul><br><strong>Job Conditions:</strong><ul><li>Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis.</li><li>Prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, walking, and reaching daily</li><li>Requires a full range of physical motion in order to operate manual and electrically-powered tools and electrical test equipment.
