Because we are closed-door, all of our orders are received electronically or via telephone and there is little to no direct interaction with patients. Data Entry technicians are tasked with triaging phone calls from nurses and doctors in the nursing homes we service, enter prescriptions into our system with accuracy and efficiency, create new patient profiles for admitting patients, process the billing, and troubleshoot a variety of issues. A typical day is fast-paced but rewarding!</p><p><strong>The best candidate will have experience in, or ability to learn, order entry, billing, and processing of prescription claims with high attention to detail and efficiency.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Applicants must be able to work closing and weekend shifts.
