Every day we strive to continue to be the hardware supplier of choice.</p><p>To learn more about Roto Frank of America please visit us at: <a href=\"https://rotonorthamerica.com/\" target=\"_blank\" data-pasted=\"true\">Welcome - Roto North America</a></p><p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The QC Technician will perform an array of quality control functions under the direction of the Quality Control Manager and conduct qualitative testing on raw materials and finished goods.<em data-pasted=\"true\">&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Perform critical dimension checks on incoming products and raw materials</li><li>Perform visual quality inspection of incoming finished products</li><li>Complete and maintain inspection documents</li><li>Control the flow of items into and out of the QC area.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform first piece and inspections as determined by frequency noted on check production sheets</li><li>Computer data entry using SAP-System</li><li>Create NMR&rsquo;s and control rejected material</li><li>Perform capability studies</li><li>Provide support to receiving identifying material as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Read and understand engineering drawings (dimensioning and tolerancing).</li><li>Use calipers, metric tape and other basic measuring devices&nbsp;</li><li>Determine fine color distinctions</li><li>Observe all safety requirements</li><li>General housekeeping&nbsp;</li><li>Use a pallet jack/ Forklift as needed</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp;
