You’ll work closely with your Project Manager (your coach and mentor), Superintendents, and our in-house design team to ensure every detail aligns with the big picture.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support all phases of project delivery—from early design collaboration through final closeout</li>\n<li>Work shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, engineers, and construction managers in a fully integrated team</li>\n<li>Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to align design intent with real-world execution</li>\n<li>Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and contracts across both design and build phases</li>\n<li>Track budgets, change orders, and commitments—keeping a finger on the financial pulse of the project</li>\n<li>Assist with estimating, bidding, and scope development during preconstruction</li>\n<li>Help maintain and adjust project schedules, identifying critical path items from design through construction</li>\n<li>Support field teams with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track</li>\n<li>Leverage cutting-edge tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Co-Pilot</li>\n<li>Grow into a trusted problem-solver who connects strategy with execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for more than a resume—we’re looking for mindset. You thrive in a team environment where collaboration is the norm, not the exception.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You might be a great fit if you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold (or are earning) a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field</li>\n<li>Have relevant work or internship experience (early-career candidate’s welcome!)</li>\n<li>Stay calm and organized under pressure and love solving complex problems</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and work well with a wide range of people</li>\n<li>Are eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by industry leaders</li>\n<li>Take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally.</li>\n<li>Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.</li>\n<li>Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.</li>\n<li>Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), i.e.: using a keyboard.</li>\n<li>Ability to see within normal parameters.</li>\n<li>Ability to hear within normal range.</li>\n<li>Ability to move about a construction site including, but not limited to: climbing ladders and scaffolds, and walk over uneven terrain.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working at Ausland</span></p>\n<p>Our culture is built on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integration, Innovation, Stewardship, and Tenacity</span>.
