This integral role supports our attorneys and clients in complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus in <strong>California, Arizona, and Nevada</strong>. The position works across debtor, creditor, and fiduciary representations, including trustees and receiverships, and provides substantive support in contested matters and adversary proceedings.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate brings meaningful federal bankruptcy court experience and the ability to independently draft first-draft pleadings with minimal supervision. This individual is comfortable managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
