We currently have an opportunity for a<strong> Data & Analytics Operations Manager</strong> at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Data & Analytics Operations Manager</strong> leads the end-to-end management of the company’s intelligence factory — a centralized hub that transforms data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, execution, and delivery of analytical projects that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. The Manager partners with business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-impact analytics solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Program Leadership:</strong> Oversee daily operations of the Intelligence Factory, ensuring efficient workflow from data intake to insight delivery.</li>\n <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Prioritize and manage a portfolio of analytics and reporting initiatives; ensure alignment with business priorities and resource availability.</li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Partnership:</strong> Act as the primary liaison between business units and analytics teams to define requirements, clarify objectives, and validate deliverables.</li>\n <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Design and continuously improve standardized processes, tools, and templates for data intake, analysis, and reporting.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Quality & Governance:</strong> Ensure adherence to data governance standards and promote consistent, accurate data usage across all reporting platforms.</li>\n <li><strong>Performance Measurement:</strong> Develop and maintain KPIs for Intelligence Factory performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization specialists; coach and develop team members to enhance analytical capabilities.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation & Automation:</strong> Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to accelerate insight generation and improve decision support.</li>\n <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Partner with business units to promote a data-driven culture and ensure insights are effectively translated into action.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics operations, or data program management.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional analytics or data teams.</li>\n <li>Up to 25% travel required. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).</li>\n <li>Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Leadership presence with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.</li>\n <li>Strong background in project management (Agile or hybrid methodologies preferred).</li>\n <li>Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data automation pipelines a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Want to know more?
