    "description": "<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the Health &amp; Wellness Directors and in harmony with the Christian values and purpose of the association of South Palm Beach County, the incumbent&rsquo;s primary responsibility is the development and execution of personalized exercise programs to members.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Design and implement individual fitness programs for members concentrating on current fitness levels and fitness goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain written documentation of each member&rsquo;s fitness program.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate promptly and effectively with members.</li>\r\n\t<li>Display a professional image through conduct and appearance.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a positive attitude towards members and co-workers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Seek member feedback continuously.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accurately record member-training sessions for payroll purposes.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attend all staff meeting and in-service training programs as implemented by Personal Training Coordinator and/or Health Wellness Director.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Personal Training Coordinator and/or Health &amp; Wellness Director.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain certifications as required.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>YMCA COMPETENCIES (LEADER):</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><em>Mission and Community Oriented:</em> Accepts and demonstrates YMCA values.
