      "content": "\n<li>5+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs with proven success in accelerating customer acquisition through a wide array of partnerships.</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and eagerness to keep your skills and knowledge up to date with the changes in the industry.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of how AI is shaping affiliate management, including its impact on recruitment, attribution, and optimization strategies.</li>\n<li>Ability to leverage non-traditional partnerships to drive new customer acquisition.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership, documenting, and putting together reports that illustrate program performance and growth opportunities.</li>\n<li>An analytical approach to performance marketing and decision-making, weaving in data where there is an opportunity.</li>\n<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking and execution; able to shift from big picture thinking to tactical on a dime.</li>\n<li>Relationship mindset and a constant pursuit to grow your network of partnerships.</li>\n<li>Experience in some of our core verticals, such as Retail, Health &amp; Wellness, CPG, B2SMB/Prosumer, FinTech, Subscription &amp; Services.</li>\n"
