We believe in rewarding our team’s hard work with competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance, all while serving our wonderful Quincy community.</p>\n<h3>Position Details</h3>\n<p><strong>Position:</strong> Registered Dental Hygienist<strong>Schedule:</strong> Open to full or part-time opportunities<strong>Pay Range:</strong> $35.00-40.00 per hour, based on experience<strong>Perks & Benefits: </strong>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) options, free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors, and more!</p>\n<h3>Duties & Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver outstanding patient care with a warm, compassionate chairside manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental health, and treatment options to support long-term care</p></li>\n <li><p>Review and update patient health histories, medications, and conditions; accurately document all findings in patient records</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures, including diagnostic X-rays, prophylaxis (adult and child), non-surgical periodontal therapy, adjunctive treatments, and co-diagnosis with the doctor</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete periodontal charting per clinical guidelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Administer local anesthetic as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings</p></li>\n <li><p>Utilize intraoral cameras to enhance patient education and treatment planning</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean, sterilize, and prepare operatories and equipment following proper protocols</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team and assist with front office responsibilities when needed</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Education: </strong>Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Licensure:</strong> Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Illinois</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Certifications:</strong> Current CPR certification required</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication and patient engagement skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Positive attitude and professional demeanor</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong teamwork and organizational abilities</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient with dental software and technology</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDH01</p>",
