We believe in championing every voice and ensuring everyone’s full potential.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><em>Treliant is looking for Business Process Engineers with experience in the financial services industry (e.g., deposits, consumer and commercial lending, wealth management) for remote, project-based opportunities. </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs current state process mapping.</li>\n <li>Assess current state processes for adherence to policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Able to establish recommendations for changes to procedure documentation.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain gap analysis detail reporting.</li>\n <li>Designs future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation.</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively with team members, and management.</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities for automation.</li>\n <li>Take part in train the trainer knowledge transfers.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain reporting decks.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>10+ years of business process modeling.</li>\n <li>5+ years of financial services experience.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written skills.</li>\n <li>Six sigma and Lean a plus.</li>\n <li>Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus.</li>\n <li>Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint).</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills a must to work effectively with all levels of consultants and client staff.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Prior consulting experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><em>Primary Location:</em> Remote</p>\n<p><em>Primary Location Salary Range:</em> $75/hr - $150/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Treliant offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefit package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
