The CCMA demonstrates knowledge of the EMR computer program and of proper documentation procedures. The CCMA demonstrates professionalism in speaking with patients and their families/caregivers, and with healthcare professionals and outside vendors. The CCMA takes responsibility for updating his/her knowledge of systems and procedures as these change. The CCMA supports the organizational vision and mission.",
