    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  <p>4650 Global Ave NW<br>\n    Concord NC 28027<br>\n    United States</p>\n  <div>\n   Shift Diff: 2nd shift $2.50, 3rd shift $3.50&nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   A Penske Refrigeration Technician will diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair all series of motor truck and trailer equipment with the primary focus on all refrigeration unit maintenance equipment designed for commercial trucks and trailers.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <strong>Major Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Perform all levels of maintenance services, with the primary focus on all refrigeration unit&nbsp; such as Carrier and/or Thermo King commercial refrigeration equipment designed for commercial trucks and trailers.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Be able to test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical and pneumatic test equipment\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Read complex schematics associated with the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Maintain work area appearance and safety\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Provide additional support regarding preventative maintenance and tractor trailer maintenance as required by location management\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <br>\n    &nbsp;\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n</div>",
