This role requires strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and logistics independently.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you'll do:</p><p>End-to-End Collateral Management</p><ul><li>Forecast requirements in collaboration with regional sales teams</li><li>Maintain inventory visibility and prevent stockouts or overproduction</li></ul></div><p>Cross-Functional Coordination</p><ul><li>Work closely with regional sales teams to understand requirements and timelines</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency</li><li>Liaise with procurement, finance, and logistics teams for smooth execution</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Vendor &amp; Procurement Management</p><ul><li>Manage vendors for printing and merchandise production</li><li>Source quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure cost-effective execution</li><li>Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Production Oversight &amp; Quality Control</p><ul><li>Oversee printing and production processes end-to-end</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards</li><li>Conduct pre-dispatch checks to avoid errors and rework</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Logistics &amp; International Dispatch</p><ul><li>Coordinate domestic shipments</li><li>Ensure compliance with shipping documentation and requirements</li><li>Track shipments and proactively resolve delays</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Process Ownership &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li>Build and maintain trackers for requests, inventory, and dispatch status</li><li>Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time and errors</li><li>Share regular updates on timelines, costs, and risks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you'll bring:</p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, procurement coordination, or logistics</li><li>Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage tasks independently</li><li>Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li><li>Experience handling vendors and budgets</li><li>Familiarity shipping/logistics is a plus</li><li>Ability to anticipate requirements and follow through</li><li>Comfortable handling ambiguity and last-minute changes</li><li>Balances speed with accuracy</li><li>Strong communicator</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Success Metrics</p><ul><li>On-time delivery rate of collateral across regions</li><li>Reduction in errors, reprints, and shipment delays</li><li>Cost efficiency in procurement and logistics</li><li><p>Clear tracking and visibility for all stakeholders</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul>",
