      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Setup, maintenance and continuous improvement of our food processing and packaging equipment</li>\n<li>Understand and maintain Packaging and Process Control Systems</li>\n<li>Electrical equipment (troubleshooting &amp; repair)</li>\n<li>Electrical equipment installations in compliance with regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Logically perform troubleshooting techniques on complex machinery, including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li>\n<li>Prepare work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)</li>\n<li>Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) of all site equipment</li>\n<li>Provide support to source and prepare parts for all preventative and reactive work.</li>\n<li>Prepare basic dimensioned sketches.</li>\n<li>Read and understand technical bulletins, manuals, instructions and blueprints.</li>\n<li>Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual electrical &amp; mechanical PMs</li>\n<li>Participate in all maintenance team meetings.</li>\n<li>Participate in production line changeover including but not limited to conveyors, case packers, tray formers and sealing equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow the 5S principles.&nbsp; Practice a \"safety first\" policy by addressing hazards, defective equipment, wearing personal protective equipment as required, and by reporting &amp; correcting unsafe conditions immediately.</li>\n<li>Comply with all Health &amp; Safety, HACCP, BRC and Good Manufacturing&nbsp;</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
