Benefits: Accrued sick time, Employee Assistance Program, self-funded retirement options NeighborImpact Housing Program Overview NeighborImpact's Housing program helps Central Oregon residents by offering a wide range of services to support individuals and families in Central Oregon who are experiencing housing instability or seeking to improve their housing situation. We aim to create a space that is physically and emotionally safe for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Family Support & Connections (FS&C) program offers tailored in-home case management services designed to promote client self-sufficiency and facilitate access to resources that support individualized goals. This temporary position is responsible for conducting screening, intake, and assessment with prospective clients in a compassionate and professional manner to determine eligibility for program participation, working collaboratively with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). The role focuses on assisting families as they develop and pursue strength-based objectives. Referring clients to relevant community partner agencies and service providers for children and family programs is a key aspect of this position’s responsibilities. This position requires prompt, accurate record keeping and maintenance.
