    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\">Kent is looking for a <strong>Commissioning Manager</strong> to be based in <strong>Hazira, Surat, India </strong>who will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the project commissioning team, while interfacing with other project departmental managers, the client, and vendors/sub-contractors.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Primary Function:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accountable for ensuring all commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project and company procedures in a safe, environmentally responsible manner.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accountable for the delivery of commissioning activities in accordance with the project schedule and budget.</li>\n <li>Accountable for ensuring high standards of commissioning are maintained and continuously improved.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Key Objectives:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To assist in ensuring all project / company HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure all commissioning personnel are aware of and implement safe working practices / procedures and are provided with a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Effective liaison with any third-party client or verification body personnel.</li>\n <li>Deliver a high standard commissioning service to the project, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Implement a continuous improvement philosophy across the commissioning function, delivering best practices at all times.</li>\n <li>Manage, support, and develop Commissioning personnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain and deliver the Commissioning function within budget and on schedule - where applicable implement cost /time saving initiatives.</li>\n <li>Ensure a safe and effective permit to work system is in place for all pre and comm</li>\n <li>Commissioning activities&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and direct the project commissioning team and personnel in the safe and structured delivery of the project commissioning process and objectives.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Effectively manage the pre and commission personnel at all times to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the scope</li>\n <li>Continually strive to improve / develop the commissioning process and practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage all project commissioning processes and activities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage the commissioning budget and costs</li>\n <li>Ensure all necessary sub-contracts, vendor contracts and other support are in place</li>\n <li>Ensure effective pre and commissioning document management system and process are in place and managed effectively</li>\n <li>Provide all necessary training to Commissioning personnel, ensuring all personnel are competent and possess the required qualifications/ skills and tools.</li>\n <li>Audit / review of the project commissioning process ensuring where applicable recommendations implemented.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Third party verification body liaison</li>\n <li>Maintain the commissioning project schedule / cost deliverables</li>\n <li>Interface with the client representatives as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Your&nbsp;knowledge/skills,&nbsp;education,&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\">Qualification/ Certification:&nbsp;Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><br><strong>Skills Requirement:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><br>\n • Experience as a Project Commissioning Manager on large multi-billion-dollar project<br>\n • Extensive commissioning/commissioning management skills.<br>\n • Demonstrate high ethical conduct in areas of procurement, contracts, evaluation of contractors and all other &nbsp; &nbsp;areas associated with procurement.<br>\n • International experience is an asset</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><strong>Communication:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;
