    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Analytic Facilitator</strong> to join our team at <strong>Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) </strong>supporting the <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2)</strong>.  The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering training, mentorship, and facilitation of advanced analytical tradecraft to enhance the capabilities of intelligence professionals. This position requires expertise in intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a <strong>Mobile Training Team (MTT) instructor</strong> and facilitator for <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC) courses</strong>, delivering high-quality training to intelligence professionals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong>, <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>, and <strong>Analytical Tradecraft Support</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts, enhancing their analytical skills and tradecraft expertise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the development and execution of training programs, including <strong>scenario-based exercises</strong> and <strong>constructive simulation training</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership to identify training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intelligence tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 10%) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience / Education: </strong>16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 8 years with PhD</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.   </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>all-source analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n <li>Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for <strong>ACC courses</strong> or similar training programs. </li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. </li>\n <li><strong>REducation:</strong> Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Nellis Air Force Base</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
