Using effective and appropriate communication strategies, the Nurse Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the nursing and medical assistant staff.  They are responsible for projects to improve operational efficiency. In collaboration with the Training and Development Team, the Nurse Manager ensures the clinical competencies of the nursing and medical assistant staff, fostering high quality patient care and facilitating positive patient outcomes.
