    "description": "<p>We are seeking skilled and motivated Cement Masons to join our team for union projects involving concrete polishing and epoxy floor coating applications. As a Cement Mason, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes in commercial and industrial settings. This is a union position offering competitive wages and full benefits per the current labor agreement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grind, hone, and polish concrete surfaces using heavy-duty polishing equipment.</li>\n<li>Apply epoxy and resinous coatings to prepared surfaces in accordance with project specifications.</li>\n<li>Perform surface preparation tasks such as shot blasting, diamond grinding, and crack/chip repair.</li>\n<li>Mix, apply, and finish epoxy resins and overlays with precision and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings.</li>\n<li>Maintain and operate polishing and coating equipment safely and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and adhere to OSHA and union guidelines.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with job foremen and other trades to ensure quality and schedule adherence.</li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of materials, hours, and project notes as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Union membership in good standing or willingness to join (if applicable).</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in polished concrete and/or epoxy floor systems.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with floor grinders, polishers, shot blasters, and related equipment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of various epoxy systems including 100% solids, quartz, flake, and urethane topcoats.</li>\n<li>Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, or confined spaces if required.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.</li>\n<li>Experience with decorative concrete finishes, overlays, and staining techniques.</li>\n</ul>",
