This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while leading a dedicated clinical team in a mission-focused environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Houses of Hope is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical services within our halfway house programming. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care to individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The Clinical Director provides administrative and clinical oversight of program operations, supervises clinical staff, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and helps foster a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment for clients and staff. This position collaborates closely with funders, community partners, referral agencies, and organizational leadership to strengthen program effectiveness and client outcomes.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership, supervision, and support to licensed clinical staff and direct care personnel</li>\n<li>Oversee clinical programming including assessments, treatment planning, counseling services, educational programming, and discharge planning</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA regulations, Medicaid/insurance requirements, and CARF standards</li>\n<li>Lead staff trainings, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives</li>\n<li>Assist with recruitment, hiring, and retention of direct care staff</li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership on program development, budgeting, and quality improvement activities</li>\n<li>Maintain positive working relationships with community partners, referral sources, and funding agencies</li>\n<li>Provide direct clinical services to dually diagnosed clients as needed</li>\n<li>Ensure quality documentation and effective use of the electronic health record</li>\n<li>Monitor key performance indicators and prepare monthly and quarterly reports</li>\n<li>Promote client rights, safety, and a trauma-informed culture throughout the program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in counseling, human services, social work, or related field</li>\n<li>Current Nebraska licensure as a:\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)</li>\n<li>Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) preferred</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred</li>\n<li>Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of behavioral health, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders</li>\n<li>Experience with Medicaid and insurance processes preferred</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with electronic health records and computer systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervision Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>This position directly supervises licensed clinicians, intake coordinator, technician supervisor, and case manager.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<p>The Clinical Director is full-time, exempt administrative position. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
