Do you take pride in providing exceptional care and educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If so, Dentistry for Children is the place for you! We're seeking a passionate RDA to join our team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating “wow” experiences at every visit! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work in kid friendly environment</li>\n <li>Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments</li>\n <li>Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies</li>\n <li>Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.</li>\n <li>Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.</li>\n <li>Follow OSHA, Infection Control, and other standards for protection against blood borne pathogens.</li>\n <li>Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines. This includes scrubbing the instruments, packing the instruments, running the instruments through the statism or autoclave</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an approved Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) program.</li>\n <li>Current X-Ray certification in the State of New Jersey</li>\n <li>CPR certified</li>\n <li>Ability to work on children in the State of New Jersey, determined through national FBI Fingerprinting Background Check.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
