The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Restaurant Host to join our team!  You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.  </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Guest Interaction: Greets guests upon arrival, thanks them for dining, and engages in friendly conversation while learning their names.</li>\n <li>Front-of-House Responsibilities: Maintains a neat environment, seats guests, takes initial drink orders, and assists with opening and closing tasks.</li>\n <li>Administrative Duties: Answers phones, schedules large party reservations, validates coupons, and manages cash and payment transactions.</li>\n <li>Support Tasks: Assists with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and operating registers and credit card terminals.</li>\n <li>Additional Duties: Rewrites menu boards, keeps records of guests per server, and performs other assigned tasks as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience and Skills: Preferably has 1 year of cash handling experience and strong general mathematical skills; basic to intermediate computer knowledge required.</li>\n <li>Team Player: Works well with others, offers assistance when needed, and maintains a positive attitude in a high-volume, loud, and dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Guest Service: Demonstrates excellent communication and guest service skills, with the ability to speak, write, and understand English effectively.</li>\n <li>Physical Requirements: Capable of standing for most of the shift, bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting/pushing up to 45 lbs.</li>\n <li>Flexibility and Compliance: Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part Time and Full Time Team Members Will Enjoy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Team Member (TM) Referral Program </li>\n <li>Education/Tuition Reimbursement up to $6,000 per calendar year</li>\n <li>Career Development and Advancement Opportunities</li>\n <li>Flexible Work Schedules</li>\n <li>Drawings totaling $100 in Weekly Cash Prizes</li>\n <li>Paid Trips to Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa</li>\n <li>1 Free Meal per Shift</li>\n <li>Round Trip Bus Tickets for $4 per Day ($20 Savings)</li>\n <li>Free Parking</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Full Time Team Members also enjoy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>6 Observed Holidays</li>\n <li>Health Benefit Insurance Package (medical, dental, vision, disability, and more)</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan with Company Match</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
