While the practice is led by a Firm Partner, this is a high-visibility role for a technical leader to own deal execution and team development.\\r\\n\\r\\nThis position offers an incredible opportunity to shape the professional trajectory of the team and grow into TAS leadership and a future Partner role. You will serve as a senior client advisor across all stages of the transaction lifecycle, partnering directly with C-level stakeholders, private equity firms, and corporate clients.\\r\\n\\r\\nJob Responsibilities:\\r\\n\\r\\nDeal Execution &amp; Financial Due Diligence\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tLead and supervise buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, with a specific focus on Quality of Earnings (QofE), working capital analysis, and cash flow.\\r\\n\\tExamine and analyze client data to identify key trends, QofE adjustments, and net working capital impacts.\\r\\n\\tOversee the development of financial data books, including ledger-level build-ups and trending of income statements and balance sheets.\\r\\n\\tIdentify issues impacting purchase price or deal structure and recommend post-acquisition strategies.\\r\\n\\tGuide the preparation of high-quality deliverables, including diligence reports, risk matrices, and board-level presentations.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nTeam Leadership &amp; Talent Development\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tDevelop, mentor, and lead high-performing associates.\\r\\n\\tDrive training and knowledge-sharing in technical diligence, deal execution, and industry best practices.\\r\\n\\tInstill rigorous quality controls and consistency in methodologies.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nBusiness Development &amp; Client Relationships\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAct as a key face of the practice, building deep relationships with private equity groups, corporate acquirers, and investment banks.\\r\\n\\tCollaborate with firm leadership to expand the pipeline of prospective client engagements.\\r\\n\\tLeverage cross-sell opportunities with other firm service lines, such as audit and tax.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nQualifications &amp; Requirements\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tEducation: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master&rsquo;s/MBA preferred.\\r\\n\\tCertification: CPA certification is strongly preferred.\\r\\n\\tExperience:\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\t7-15+ years in public accounting or advisory, with significant recent experience leading Financial Due Diligence engagements.\\r\\n\\t\\tDemonstrated mastery of Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and EBITDA analysis.\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tTechnical Skills:\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\tStrong knowledge of US GAAP and M&amp;A processes. SEC reporting a plus.\\r\\n\\t\\tProficiency in financial modeling and Excel (including the ability to manage complex data books and sub-schedules).\\r\\n\\t\\tAbility to draft high-level diligence reports and socialize findings regarding business performance and key deal issues.\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tAttributes:\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\tProactive, results-driven work style with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.\\r\\n\\t\\tStrong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring staff and recruiting talent.\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nTraining:\\r\\nIn addition to on-the-job training, all employees will have multiple continuing education opportunities throughout the year.
