    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px\">Job Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p>As a Frac Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and maintain frac equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.</li>\n<li>Conduct pre-job inspections and post-job maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to execute complex frac jobs, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork.</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance during operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job performance.</li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.<br></li>\n<li>Proven experience as a frac equipment operator or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry 100lbs regulary.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CDL license.</li>\n<li>Experience with high-pressure pumping operations.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
