The development of standard operating procedures and work instructions applicable across the enterprise and for individual projects.&nbsp; Manage multiple Logistics Managers assigned to the same projects.&nbsp; Coordinates closely with Engineering, Construction, Purchasing, Expediting and Material Management.&nbsp; Develops Logistics Management Plan and Transportation Plans for assigned project(s) and develops staffing plan to accomplish the logistics functions within budgetary constraints.&nbsp; Position will be based out of San Antonio, TX or at Job Sites as the needs of the Company dictates.&nbsp; Domestic and International Travel will be required (30%).&nbsp; Interfacing with multiple departments within the enterprise, partners, and clients will be required. Ability to work closely with the clients and build strong relationships based on performance and trust</span></span></p>",
