We’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Director of Resident Programs to lead lifestyle programming and resident engagement at Isle at Cedar Park , our assisted living community. This role is responsible for creating a vibrant community atmosphere through events, wellness initiatives, social programming, outings, and meaningful resident interaction.

About the Opportunity At Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG), we believe great communities are built through connection, engagement, and exceptional resident experience. The Director of Resident Programs plays a key role in shaping the social and lifestyle experience for residents by creating programming that encourages independence, wellness, and community involvement.
This role works closely with community leadership, residents, families, and team members to foster a welcoming, active, and engaging environment. From coordinating events and resident outings to wellness classes and resident clubs, this position helps create a community residents are proud to call home.
What You’ll Own Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and wellness programming Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation Coordinate resident transportation schedules and off-site activities Partner with local organizations, entertainers, and vendors to enhance programming Lead and support resident clubs, interest groups, and community initiatives Maintain department calendars, participation records, and required documentation Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident satisfaction and overall community culture Ensure programming aligns with company standards and resident interests What Success Looks Like Residents are actively engaged and participating in community activities The community atmosphere feels vibrant, welcoming, and socially connected Events and programming are organized, creative, and consistently executed Residents feel heard, valued, and connected to community life Resident satisfaction and participation levels continue to grow Families and guests recognize a strong culture of hospitality and engagement Who This Role Is For A people-focused leader who enjoys building relationships and creating experiences Someone with prior experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, resident engagement, or lifestyle programming A professional who brings energy, creativity, organization, and positivity to their work Someone comfortable leading events while also managing operational details and scheduling A team player who values hospitality, resident experience, and collaboration Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living activities, resident programming, lifestyle coordination, hospitality, or related resident engagement roles required Independent living experience strongly preferred Experience planning events, social programming, or wellness initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools preferred Ability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as community needs require Valid driver’s license preferred State-required certifications, if applicable What Sets You Apart You naturally create positive energy and meaningful resident connections You think creatively and enjoy bringing fresh ideas to programming You have a hospitality mindset and genuinely enjoy serving others You take initiative and thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments You create experiences that make residents excited to call the community home Compensation & Benefits At IREG, we invest in our people because strong leaders build strong communities.
