The technician collaborates with electrical designers and engineers to deliver comprehensive and accurate drawing sets for assigned projects.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>General Characteristics</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completes drawings thoroughly and accurately.</li>\n <li>Self-checking of all work for accuracy Continuous improvement in acquiring skills for using software tools developed at RoviSys</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize and offer suggestions for continued improvement within the CAD Team for Efficiency and Accuracy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completes drawing drafting tasks including Panel Layout, Power Distribution, I/O Connections, Field Termination Details, Location and Cable Pull Details, HVAC Flow Diagrams, Controls P&IDs, Network Architectures, and Bill of Materials.</li>\n <li>Prepare all drawings to conform to customers’ and RoviSys’ standards and specifications.</li>\n <li>Provide technical support during panel fabrication</li>\n <li>Conduct inspections of finished control enclosures at panel fabrication shops.</li>\n <li>Conduct a field inspection of the control panel and instrumentation to verify accuracy prior to finalizing the drawing revision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Design Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engaging with both the designer and engineer throughout their design phase through structured meeting formats.</li>\n <li>Support engineers and field technicians during commissioning and testing phases of the project</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree, Equivalent Trade school Degree, or CAD software Experience.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in electrical CAD software programs (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, etc.)</li>\n <li>General knowledge of electrical circuitry, NFPA, NEC, and/or IEC codes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $40,000–$50,000, depending on experience </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong><strong> </strong>401(k) with company match </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Grow With Us:</strong> Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p></li>\n</ul>",
