With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p><strong>Role description:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Arcadis is seeking a <strong>Senior Transportation Program Manager (PD&amp;E Focus)</strong> to support our Mobility practice with a strong focus on FDOT PD&amp;E projects. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering transportation projects from planning through environmental approvals and design integration, ensuring compliance with FDOT standards and successful project delivery.</p>\n<p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage all phases of transportation projects, including planning, PD&amp;E, design, and implementation.</li>\n <li>Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering roadway, interchange, and infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and financials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</li>\n <li>Manage FDOT PD&amp;E studies, Preliminary Engineering Reports, and environmental documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Oversee development and execution of Public Involvement Plans, including public meetings and hearings.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with agencies, stakeholders, and review authorities throughout project lifecycles.</li>\n <li>Oversee engineering calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and comprehensive documentation.</li>\n <li>Implement QA/QC processes to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.</li>\n <li>Serve as primary client contact, lead or support proposals, scope definitions, and fee estimates.</li>\n <li>Participate in industry events and strategic pursuits to support business development and practice growth.</li>\n <li>Lead resource planning, team coordination, and cross-office collaboration.</li>\n <li>Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing and teamwork.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li>\n <li>Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.</li>\n <li>15+ years of transportation experience including project management.</li>\n <li>Experience managing FDOT PD&amp;E projects.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of FDOT PD&amp;E Manual and public involvement processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Business development and client relationship experience.</li>\n <li>Participation in professional organizations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Attributes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage complex projects.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong QA/QC focus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p>We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
