          "text": "<p>ADGA has an immediate opening for an&#xa0;Electronics&#xa0;Technician to join our team.&#xa0;Within this program we&#xa0;have the ability to&#xa0;hire at a junior to senior level and the salary will be&#xa0;aligned&#xa0;with the successful candidates experience and qualifications.&#xa0;Junior&#xa0;to Intermediate&#xa0;Electronic Technicians will&#xa0;receive&#xa0;mentorship and training and&#xa0;have the opportunity to&#xa0;grow within the program&#xa0;while Senior Electronics&#xa0;Technician&#xa0;will be&#xa0;expected&#xa0;to perform&#xa0;at a senior level.&#xa0;&#xa0;This role will support the maintenance of advanced electronic security systems, including motion detectors, intrusion detection systems, drone detection systems, CCTV, Radio Communications,&#xa0;Public Address, Metal Detectors, X-Ray Machines &amp; more.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The role involves performing both preventative and corrective maintenance, calibrating test equipment, and troubleshooting or repairing faulty modules either on-site or by arranging off-site service.&#xa0;Conducting inventory checks,&#xa0;logging all work in the Maintenance Information System (MIS), and inspecting repaired items to ensure quality compliance. Technicians are expected to&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;a clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety and security protocols, provide after-hours on-call support and phone&#xa0;assistance&#xa0;to colleagues when needed, and stay current with system updates, completing all required On-the-Job Training within 12 months.</p>",
