          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;<strong>Janitorial Supervisor</strong>&#xa0;your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial crews in and around the Uniontown area. The supervisor must have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals in order to train and develop clients at the worksite and support them through the training process.&#xa0; Communication with the Lead Supervisor and client program staff is critical.&#xa0;Basic computer skills are required.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Duties will also include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Training workers in job related tasks and safety procedures.</li><li>Inspecting work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.</li><li>Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.</li><li>Reporting complaints about service and or equipment to the Lead Janitorial Supervisor and help develop a corrective action plan.</li><li>Maintaining required records of work hours and other information to remain compliant.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range</strong>:&#xa0; $15.50/hour</p><p><strong>Travel Required:</strong>&#xa0;Yes, must be able to drive a passenger van.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule:&#xa0;</strong>Monday - Friday (4:30 pm - 12:30 am) hours can vary depending on department needs.</p>",
