We manufacture high-quality fiberglass and composite products in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment where engineering judgment, problem-solving, process control, and ownership matter every day.</p><p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"895\">We are expanding our 2nd shift and overnight Quality Engineering team and are looking for a Quality Engineer who enjoys being close to the process, working directly with production, and solving real manufacturing problems in real time.</p><p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1331\">This role serves as the technical quality resource on shift, supporting production teams, driving corrective actions, improving process performance, and ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. This is not a &ldquo;clipboard quality&rdquo; position. You will have real influence, modern inspection tools, and leadership that values quality engineering as a driver of performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.</p><p data-end=\"1445\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><h3 data-section-id=\"1l1khm6\" data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1490\">Own PPAP and Core Quality Documentation</h3><p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1667\">Create, update, and maintain PPAP documentation, Control Plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, inspection instructions, quality alerts, and related core quality documents.</p><p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1831\">Support product launches, engineering changes, customer submissions, and ongoing manufacturing quality requirements through accurate and controlled documentation.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"6r54v4\" data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1881\">Perform Hands-On Inspection and Part Layouts</h3><p data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"2076\">Perform dimensional inspections, part layouts, and product evaluations using inspection tools such as FARO Arm, KEYENCE systems, gauges, fixtures, and other precision measurement equipment.</p><p data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2220\">Apply GD&amp;T standards to verify product conformance, support root cause analysis, and ensure customer and engineering requirements are met.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"jbggrx\" data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2273\">Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Systems</h3><p data-start=\"2275\" data-end=\"2530\">Support and strengthen company quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, including internal audits, layered process audits, corrective actions, risk-based thinking, process controls, and continuous improvement activities.</p><p data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2698\">Assist with maintaining compliance to customer-specific requirements, internal quality procedures, document control expectations, and manufacturing quality standards.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"8rta90\" data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2745\">Improve Processes, Not Just Report Issues</h3><p data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2882\">Identify quality risks, process inefficiencies, recurring defects, and opportunities for improvement within the production environment.</p><p data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"3080\">Partner with production, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to develop practical solutions that improve quality, reduce scrap, strengthen process capability, and prevent repeat issues.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"ppfydb\" data-start=\"3082\" data-end=\"3119\">Use Data to Make Better Decisions</h3><p data-start=\"3121\" data-end=\"3259\">Track inspection results, analyze quality trends, review defect data, and support improvement initiatives based on measurable performance.</p><p data-start=\"3261\" data-end=\"3409\">Use data-driven problem-solving tools to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, containment activities, and long-term process improvement.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1uwd9qn\" data-start=\"3411\" data-end=\"3436\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li data-start=\"3438\" data-end=\"3606\">You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need curiosity, precision, follow-through, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.</li><li data-start=\"3608\" data-end=\"3683\">Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch issues others may miss.</li><li data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3797\">Experience with GD&amp;T, dimensional inspection, quality inspection tools, and manufacturing quality standards.</li><li data-start=\"3799\" data-end=\"3884\">Experience with FARO Arm or similar portable CMM/measurement equipment preferred.</li><li data-start=\"3886\" data-end=\"4021\">Knowledge of PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.</li><li data-start=\"4023\" data-end=\"4142\">Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and manufacturing quality systems preferred.</li><li data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4240\">Ability to learn new products, processes, customer requirements, and inspection methods quickly.</li><li data-start=\"4242\" data-end=\"4364\">Collaborative mindset with the ability fast-paced production environment.</li></ul><h2 data-section-id=\"1fm6vrb\" data-start=\"4567\" data-end=\"4584\">Qualifications</h2><ul><li data-start=\"4586\" data-end=\"4788\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
