    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren is currently recruiting for an RT Level II Technicians to support our operation in Corpus Christi, TX. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Corpus Christi, TX or the surrounding area. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, local availability is preferred due to the nature of this role</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment</li>\n <li>Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection</li>\n <li>Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations</li>\n <li>Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results</li>\n <li>Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators</li>\n <li>Organize and report test results</li>\n <li>Perform specialized inspections</li>\n <li>May instruct and supervise others</li>\n <li>Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Some college preferred</li>\n <li>Certified Level II (RT)</li>\n <li>Local to Corpus Christi, TX or surround area</li>\n <li>TWIC card preferred or be able to obtain </li>\n <li>40 Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred  </li>\n <li>Industrial Radiographer State Card a preferred, not required </li>\n <li>Technical background in NDT methods and procedures</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections</li>\n <li>Knowledge of NDT equipment</li>\n <li>Experience in report writing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
