We are currently seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our highly skilled team for full-time opportunities at our East Campus, located in Richmond, Indiana . The Crises Response Team is responsible for ensuring the Intensive Autism Technicians’ understanding of new and previously trained interventions or procedures and providing immediate critical feedback to struggling Intensive Autism Technicians. You will also be responsible for supporting ongoing training initiatives to provide our Intensive Autism Technicians practical application of ABA principles for client specific needs. The Crises Response Team is responsible for providing support to the Intensive Autism Technicians in ensuring client treatment plans and programs are followed as designed by the Intensive Autism Supervisor. The Crises Response Team role is a position focused on developing critical skills and competencies necessary for successful implementation of intensive autism programming.
