          "text": "<p>Live-In (work 7 days on and 7 days off) Working Monday 2pm-Monday 9am</p><p>You are off between the hours of 9am-2pm (Monday-Friday)</p><p>Assist individuals with daily living activities at a residential care facility. Duties performed may include and are not limited to the following:</p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Administer personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance.</li><li>Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.</li><li>Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands.</li><li>Care for individuals by providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles.</li><li>Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication,</li><li>Transport individuals to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a motor vehicle.</li><li>Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals or assist families in planning, shopping for, or preparing nutritious meals.</li></ul>",

We do provide the in-house training).</p></li><li>Current CPR Certificate is recommended</li><li>Possess caring and understanding attitude toward individuals, who are elderly, disabled or frail</li><li>Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles</li><li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)&#xa0;</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills with clients.&#xa0;</li><li>One year experience providing support services in a similar environment (preferred)</li><li>Be able to work under supervision and within the guidelines of a care plan</li><li>Be in good health</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job</li></ul>",
