Description Hilton Grand Vacations | Cibola Vista – Peoria, AZ Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to join our leadership team at Cibola Vista in Peoria, Arizona. This role is critical in driving revenue performance, developing top sales talent, and ensuring operational excellence across our sales organization. The Senior Sales Director will partner closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic sales initiatives, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve aggressive revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer experience. Responsibilities As a Senior Sales Director, you will: Drive Revenue & Performance Lead the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and profitability targets Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives Oversee sales performance metrics and maintain company minimum production standards Lead, Inspire, and Develop Talent Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Set clear, measurable goals and coach team members to achieve them Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and career development planning Motivate and mentor leaders and sales representatives to deliver exceptional results Execute Strategic Sales Operations Plan, coordinate, and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue opportunities Assist sales representatives in closing transactions and ensuring accurate documentation Lead and facilitate sales trainings, team meetings, and one-on-one development sessions Develop and manage the sales operating budget, including cost controls and commission management Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence Maintain strict adherence to all state, corporate, and national sales guidelines Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and ethical standards Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and operational discipline Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Champion a customer-first mindset across all sales interactions Ensure every guest interaction reflects Hilton Grand Vacations’ standards of excellence Qualifications Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality, vacation ownership, or related industries Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts Deep understanding of compliance standards and sales regulations At Hilton Grand Vacations, we are committed to building a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth.
