This role involves supporting clients with a range of conditions which may include neurological disorders, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or other complex health conditions.</p>\n<p>As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Our complex care model is designed with not only service users in mind, but support workers as well.  We have designed a bespoke service where matching service users and staff does not only involve clinical skills and knowledge, but personalities and lifestyle too. We have a very experienced clinical and nursing team who will provide you with full client-specific training.
