We are a company that has a philosophy of a family atmosphere with a corporate structure.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you've got the drive to join a fast paced working environment and hit our high standards- Apply Today!!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives vehicles through the auction on auction days.</li>\n <li>Learns from mentors, supervisors, and all other team members to refine/grow skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, team members and vendors.</li>\n <li>Move vehicle inventory on lot.</li>\n <li>Prepare vehicles to be sold at Auction.</li>\n <li>Follow all company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>No Experience Necessary!</li>\n <li>Must be available to work: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.</li>\n <li>A valid California driver's license and clean DMV printout.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to our customers and team members.</li>\n <li>Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.</li>\n <li>Friendly with a high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Great opportunity for College Students.</li>\n <li>Willing to Multi Task.</li>\n <li>Ability to work out doors during all weather conditions when necessary.</li>\n <li>Must be organized.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer and internet skills.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!</li>\n</ul>",
