As specimens and requisitions arrive, you verify patient information, confirm accuracy, and ensure all documentation is complete&mdash;knowing precision is critical to patient care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Throughout the day, you receive and process specimens delivered via pneumatic tube, couriers, or in-person drop-offs, carefully checking labeling and handling requirements. You enter and manage orders in the electronic health record, audit information for accuracy, and address any discrepancies to keep the lab running efficiently.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You serve as an important communication hub&mdash;answering phone calls, assisting providers and staff with lab requests, and distributing test results accurately and promptly. Whether coordinating add-on orders or directing inquiries to the right team member, you help ensure seamless patient care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In addition to administrative and processing duties, you assist with internal logistics such as delivering specimens, distributing reports, and maintaining workflow between departments and clinical teams.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaboration is key.
