          "text": "<p>KIPP Jacksonville seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Associate of Finance to support the daily financial operations and reporting for a $40M+ annual budget across four legal entities. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Associate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining efficient procurement processes, and supporting the organization’s long-term financial health.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><u>Procurement and Operations</u></p><ul><li><p>Execute regional procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification and&#xa0; accurate coding of expenses</p></li><li><p>Strengthen and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery, favorable terms, and streamlined communication.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with school-based operations teams and regional leadership to ensure effective budget management at the campus level.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure financial accuracy and provide maximum benefit to the organization.</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><u>Financial Support and Data Management</u></p><ul><li><p>Provide documentation and support for timely reimbursement reporting to Duval County Public Schools (DCPS).</p></li><li><p>Work with external accounting partners to ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple entities and funds.</p></li><li><p>Support the Finance Team in the execution of the annual budget process and regional systems.</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Payroll and Metrics</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Support the Finance Team in managing payroll processes and ensuring timely execution.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the<a href=\"https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MdsQhz5DefkRqgjRmJBB-iY3KjIZQKUYsrO6KtUzvJE/edit?tab=t.0\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Human Resources</a> team to ensure seamless alignment between personnel data and financial records.</p></li></ul>",
