You will report to the Production Manager and be part of the Chemprene team. This position is responsible for 10-15 direct reports and work closely with all departments to achieve efficiencies in quality, safety and production. This role is based in Beacon, New York.</p>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">A day in the life of a Production Supervisor can look like</p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Creating training plans for assigned personnel</li>\n     <li>Supervising and coaching production employees</li>\n     <li>Building a productive, inclusive, respectful and professional work environment</li>\n     <li>Managing daily production goals by efficient personnel scheduling and tasks coordination</li>\n     <li>Working with Safety, Quality, Scheduling, and other departments to achieve company key performance goals</li>\n     <li>Mentor staff in achieving career goals. Owns the performance appraisal and goal setting process for all direct reports</li>\n     <li>Responsible for interviewing and recommending candidates for hiring or promotion</li>\n     <li>Maintain department organization and cleanliness using LEAN principles and delegating in a motivational manner</li>\n     <li>Efficient scheduling of personnel (shifts, breaks, PTO, etc.)</li>\n     <li>Responsible for approving and managing personnel timecards</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">We are looking for you to have (choose what is applicable)</p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience</li>\n     <li>Minimum 2-5 Years Personnel Management Experience</li>\n     <li>Self-Motivating</li>\n     <li>Leadership acumen</li>\n     <li>Positive team spirit</li>\n     <li>Entrepreneurial and customer focus</li>\n     <li>Learning agility</li>\n     <li>Ability to deliver what is promised</li>\n     <li>Drive for change and innovation</li>\n     <li>Ability to build relationships through collaboration</li>\n     <li>Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP)</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">What we offer you<br>\n      The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
