      "content": "<li><b>10+ years of experience</b>&nbsp;managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations.</li><li>Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).</li><li>PMP or PE license preferred but not required.</li>"
